About the Role
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of educational, workforce, and innovation-based programs at the ICAN Innovation Center. Ensures programming aligns with the nonprofit’s mission to empower youth and adults through STEM learning, technology exposure, and creative innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and evaluate educational and innovation programs, workshops, and events
• Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
• Manage program budgets, grants, and donor reporting requirements.
• Supervise and train Assistant Manager and staff to ensure program excellence.
• Monitor program participation and outcomes; prepare reports for leadership and funders.
• Oversee volunteer engagement and partnerships with local colleges and faith-based groups.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit, safety, and child protection standards.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience managing educational or youth development programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working in nonprofit or faith-based environments preferred.
