About the Role
The Assistant Program Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the ICAN Innovation Center, assisting with scheduling, program coordination, and participant engagement. Plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive learning environment for all visitors and participants.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with planning and delivering workshops, labs, and events.
• Maintain attendance logs, supply inventory, and program records.
• Coordinate volunteers, interns, and community service participants.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for program scheduling and communications.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure facility readiness.
• Assist with marketing and outreach activities to increase participation.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in youth programming, education, or nonprofit operations.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
