Word of God Church & Ministries International (WOGCMI) is a forward-thinking, fast-paced ministry in search of someone mature in the Christian faith.  This person will lead creative processes of designing, scriptwriting, creating and ensuring excellence in the execution of all creative/media elements used in worship services, church, legacy and online events.  The Content Creator will face diverse challenges working on a variety of platforms that range from social media to email marketing, media distribution to online community engagement, and much more.  Are you ready to take on any challenge that comes your way?  To fulfill this assignment, you must be able to work and communicate well with others while always maintaining a Christ-like spirit.  The work of the Ministry continues to expand

Key Responsibilities:

It is important to take steps to understand the WOGCMI Vision and Mission as this position will serve all services and events as well as provide support to the various WOGCMI ministries in order to: 

  • Create social media campaigns and keep the WOGCMI Website and on-screen media fresh and relevant at all times.

  • Oversee, proof, and preview graphics, multi-media, and social media; Proof and Review all drafts of media com­munication material.

  • Monitor, update, and enforce the use of brand page rules, colors, and logos on all internal and external promotional materials.

  • Lead the design of graphics for presentations, signage, brochures, and other graphic needs.

  • Forecast and plan for future needs while executing current assignments.

  • Manage and Update YouTube for WOGCMI and S.P.A.R.CS. Youth Ministry by:

  • Keep current by “unlisting” replayed sermons

  • Uploading and Posting SPARCS weekly virtual Sunday classes

  • Making sure sermons are titled and thumbnails are created for each sermon

  • Manage and update the website with new and current information, ensuring it is well laid out and easy to use.

  • Edit and prepare Bible Study, easily transitioning from live to pre-recorded Wednesday Midweek Bible Study.

  • Manage and update social media accounts by:

  • Creating social media campaigns

  • Creating graphics and verbiage for posts

  • Posting to social media and creating a method for interaction with followers (Instagram and Facebook, etc.)

  • Measure effectiveness, track viewership and provide reports

  • Manage Video Production and provide support for church events, including funerals, weddings, and special events.

  • Coordinate with auxiliary ministry leaders to ensure the diverse media needs of ministry events are met.

  • Keep Operations Director informed of major projects/events and keep leaders informed with status updates, as needed.

  • Provide clear guidance and direction for media staff and volunteers on processes, systems, and procedures.

  • Plan your work and work your plan, and be flexible as things will change.



  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable.

  • Work experience in graphic arts, design, communications, or digital media platforms considered in lieu of degree.

  • Demonstrated expert level skills with Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and other graphic design platforms as well as experience with digital platforms.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating and editing using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • A very high level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently, completing multiple tasks on time.

  • Critical thinking skills to keep up with customer demands and provide creative insight and assistance on events.

  • Build and foster intentional relationships with Church Leaders, staff, contractors, and volunteers.

  • Ability to manage the online presence of several websites and social media accounts

  • Ability to create and provide oversight in the development, design, and creation of printed, graphic and online materials

  • Experience in creating, managing, and editing video and commercial content, ensuring consistency in branding
